Refund Policy

Every ClubHuntBoard plan comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If your club is not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no questions asked.

Your subscription also starts with a 10-day free trial, so you are never charged until the trial ends. If you cancel during the trial, you pay nothing.

After 30 days, subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and simply will not renew at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund, visit paddle.net with the email address used at checkout, or contact our support team at brianwallace@mynetlan.com and we will help you through it.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days.
